               ABOUT WEEP NO MORE
It all started with a redirection from a high school counselor and a day trip to Thief River Falls, MN. The path to Willmar was underway. Paul attended Thief River Falls technical college aviation department from September 1991 to May 1994 obtaining an FAA Airframe and Powerplant license. Upon graduation he worked for a commercial painter before accepting a position at Bellanca Aircraft in Alexandria, MN as a machinist in the fall of 1994.
An opportunity presented itself in July of 1995 with Bruce Jaeger and  Willmar Air Service as a service parts person. Being a relatively young person at 22, Paul was learning the in's and out's of the aircraft business. Paul worked as an A&P mechanic on the floor at Willmar until early 2000, when Bruce Jaeger asked for help on a new project....fuel tank stripping and resealing! Many people hear those words and cringe! After many trials and tribulations, Paul and Bruce had quite a unique operation with many satisfied customers. |

The fall of 2006 brought us to the new airport in Willmar and a new facility especially built for fuel tank stripping and resealing, complete with in floor and forced air heat for the ability to complete tank work, even in the coldest of winters.
An opportunity from Brian Negen, owner of Willmar Air Service, presented Paul with the opportunity to purchase the fuel tank shop. After talks with Brian, friends and family, the choice was made to purchase the fuel tank shop in December of 2010.
Now a stand alone shop, Weep No More, LLC and Paul are off on a new adventure looking forward to helping all the wonderful Mooney owners experiencing the dreaded blue staining and the unsafe smell of fuel in the cabin.

      Testimonials

      I stayed and watched Paul
        strip the first tank.

Paul is meticulous and his system
is amazing. Still a lot of work, but
at the end of the stripping and
        sealing process the tank looks
        like brand new...beautiful work.

I am an A&P IA and contemplated
trying to reseal the tanks myself,
after watching this process there is
no way I would try it. I couldn't get
the results Paul gets without the
        experience and equipment.
        Thanks Paul.
